The Alexander Technique

I help people to notice and change the way they think I and move for greater ease, less pain and more joy in everyday movements. Unlearning out-dated habits can transform stress and tension into more enjoyable mood and movement. I offer private sessions on Zoom, in person in both Sheffield and Manchester And join my monthly Constructive Rest Zoom classes for guidance on how to really rest.

Family Constellations

Family Constellations work allows you to explore deep into the root causes of your behaviours and challenges in the widest context of family, community and history. "Those things we’ve thought of as emotional difficulties or character defects are actually very normal reactions to relational, cultural and intergenerational trauma" says Sarah Peyton, neuroscience educator. So bring your money, emotional or career questions and gain new insights and perspectives which can shift long held patterns. Join me for experiential workshops to help restore order, balance and harmony to your family system - however you participate, the work can change you. You can also work in one-to-one sessions, in-person and on zoom.

Resonant Healing Language

"Sticks and stones might break our bones, but words will never hurt me..."  is clearly untrue!

We have all been wounded by other's words or silences.

Neuroscience shows us that our brains can change, heal and grow at any age.  Being listened to and spoken to with warmth and curiosity helps us be understood and known - to heal.  

Using specific phrases, metaphors and acknowledgement can help our brain heal from emotional wounds and traumas.

To experience deep resonance,  and find a kinder and calmer brain...
