Healing Frozen Moments: Resonant Language, Constellations and Gentle Alexander Support

One thing I hear most days is people saying, “Thank you for acknowledging… [insert your big life moment here] as I hadn’t appreciated how important it was for me.”

Are there things that have happened to you that were horrible, but you haven’t yet found the words to articulate them?

Are there moments frozen in time that you get dragged back to when you are quiet, resting or finally still?

Family and Systemic Constellations Taster Afternoon

Whirlow Spirituality Centre, Sheffield Sunday 18 January, 2.00–5.00pm

This month I’m offering a taster session for the Family and Systemic Constellations work I facilitate. This session is ideal for first‑timers. I’ll introduce the work, offer some small experiential pieces, and then do one or two short constellations with participants chosen by lottery.

Constellations can bring surprising new perspectives to the challenges you face and the burdens you carry. Everyone who attends will have the chance to do a mini‑constellation and to experience the mysterious gifts of being a Representative for someone else.
