Systemic Constellations Workshop

Come and explore what in your family system may still be shaping your life today. Many of us carry hidden loyalties or try to make up for what earlier generations lived through, often without realising it. The struggles we face in love, work or wellbeing can have roots in the unspoken pain or exclusions in our ancestral line. In this workshop we will gently bring shame, secrets and taboos into the light so they no longer need to stay frozen. Meeting these places with truth and love can soften old trauma and allow more ease, connection and love to flow. Issue holders will be chosen by lottery over the weekend.

If you long for deeper self‑understanding and a kinder inner world, this approach weaves together Nonviolent Communication with eight more right‑brain resonant languages to support emotional and nervous system repair. Through body sensations, metaphor and gentle relational presence, you can soften old patterns and experience more self‑warmth and clarity. Inspired by the pioneering work of Sarah Peyton, I offer my own grounded, embodied integration of Resonant Healing Language to help you feel accompanied as you heal from the inside out, and heal through relationships.
