Feeling tense, tired or overwhelmed? Join me for a calming online Constructive Rest session using the Alexander Technique. Thirty minutes of guided lying-down practice to help you release tension, settle your nervous system and reconnect with your body, followed by time for questions. No experience needed, just a mat or blanket, a few books for your head and a little time for yourself. Everyone who books will be sent the audio recording of my guided talk-through, so you can keep practising at home.
