“I have time to think and choose”
Say this thought to yourself little and often throughout the day.
Information and knowledge are useful. Putting these into action is even more useful. Committing to doing this action one, three, or ten times a day – then you’ll really start to notice the benefits.
As many of you know, one of Alexander’s major discoveries about us mammals is that the relationship between the head and spine govern the coordination of the rest of us. Yes – all of us! Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual – we don’t separate – its all one thing – our Self.

“I have time to think and choose”
At the moment I am ‘locked down’ in my lovely nest in Sheffield with my son and lodger. I feel very grateful to have so much. A lovely home, people for company, my little one who I love so much, space to move around, to enjoy bits of solitude if I want it, a garden yard with beds for planting and a trampoline. I have food in my cupboards, fridge and freezer. I have money in my purse, in my bank and savings pots. I am in the top 8 per cent in the world to have so much luck, luxury and privilege. I am grateful that I can still work – most of my clients are benefitting from working on Skype, Zoom and even by phone.
And something in me is driven to keep working and see how I can best be of service to you, your friends, family, colleagues and other people in your world.
What are your current challenges and pain points – how can I help you and yours?
Please let this thought marinate in you and let me know your requests, suggestions and needs.
Today is also my birthday! Yay! To celebrate, I shall be eating cake on a zoom call with my family who are spread out over the country and even in New Zealand at this time. I have bought a cake to ‘share’.
I have been wondering what I would like to do to mark this occasion and really the best thing would be to hear from you and see how I can be most helpful. And please be specific if there are any needs of yours which are already being met with these emails. This kind of feedback nourishes me.
I have a charity pot which I donate to each time I have a client – in person or by Skype – I am collecting money to give to people who don’t have somewhere to wash their hands and go to the toilet. The Toilet Twinning charity speaks to me as I feel so privileged to be facing this virus with the luxury of running water and excellent hygiene. What can I, what can we, do to help those less fortunate than we are?
So in honour of my birthday – please consider giving a donation to this charity, or to the charity of your choice. Thank you!

Please do not do so unless, as Marshall B Rosenberg the founder of Non Violent Communication said “You can do so with the joy of a small child feeding a hungry duck”.
You have time to think and choose around my request and choose yes, no, maybe, never or not yet.
Thank you.
If you’d like to feedback about your experiments with any of these email ideas, why not get in touch and ask me in person. I am continuing to work with people regularly online and even by phone. Let me know what your challenges are and I’ll see how I can best help you.
