Join Lucy Ascham at Whirlow Spirituality Centre, Sheffield, to discover and explore Family & Systemic Constellations therapy. Within this one-day experiential workshop, we’ll work together to help restore order, balance and harmony to yours, and the Issue Holder’s, family systems.

Bring your personal issues, transform lifelong hurts, and be given a chance to heal.  New perspectives can be transformative.

There are 3 ways to participate in a workshop as an Issue Holder, Representative or Witness. There is no acting or role play, but an offering of yourself and your body in service of another to report what you notice. No special skills are required, just an openness to feel your feelings. Everyone can benefit from insights, new perspectives and healing in any of these 3 seats.

There are huge benefits to be gained as a Representative or Witness, opening your heart and eyes to new experiences, and life experiences and Ah ha moments for your own family and life, and healing movements which will change you and your family for the better.

Lucy is not a counsellor or therapist, this work may not be suitable if you have a mental health diagnosis.  Please speak to your counsellor, and invite them along too if that would be helpful.  Although Lucy is trauma informed, some people may find the work destabilising, so please seek medical advice.

Lucy holds a safe space with a light touch so you can explore deeply, find new insights and perspectives.  Nothing is taboo.  The whole of you is welcome.
