Ready to Rest and Reset (AT) Weekly Zoom

During these morning workshops, you’ll have a chance to see just how much our thoughts affect ourselves and learn some thoughts, which should be helpful in every circumstance. Within each 30 minute semi-supine session, we will practice the constructive thinking to resting well.

We meet each week on Zoom, you don’t need to have your camera on, and I guide you through the position of maximum rest for your spine, relaxed alertness.

This ability to practice how to rest helps restore and balance stress and energy and sets you up brilliantly for the day ahead, whatever that might bring!

Come and lie down and learn how to really rest. This restorative practice can be invaluable as part of recovery from illness, surgery, viruses and trauma.

Learn to really listen to your body, tune in and lead your thoughts where you want them to be. Restful, thoughtful and plenty of surprises. Making time for this daily brings about huge benefits.
